Transamerica - Customer service via phone was horrible.

Called on 3 occasions to get information about my 91 year old mothers life insurance policy. Mom was with me at the time and we answered all of their questions. I also have Poa. They refused to give us any information. Phone reps were rude. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. I know i will.

Transamerica - Bad business

Had an IUL for a year. They kept all the money only gained $ 329 out of $ 1,100 payments. On the top of that received a 1099 to pay taxes out of $129.00 tried to call many times but it is imposible to get someone on the phone after 11:00am. I just will not pay it any more. It is a monkey business! Thanks to Clark Howard I put my eyes on the policy summary...
