I have four policies one belongs to my husband my three is on the same payment coupon that I get each month to send back with my payment and I get a separate one for my husband so I sent a notorized letter from my husband to Transamerica asking them what I need to do in order for them to put my husband policy payment with my four because it easier and because I send in his payment with mines anyway I sent that letter and many emails starting around March and I just sent another letter and email last month and I have yet to get an answer can never get through on the phone and email replies take forever and when they do reply it never about the issues you ask about they always send replies for something that I never ask it like they don't read letters or emails just glance over it
