Transamerica - Customer service via phone was horrible.

Called on 3 occasions to get information about my 91 year old mothers life insurance policy. Mom was with me at the time and we answered all of their questions. I also have Poa. They refused to give us any information. Phone reps were rude. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. I know i will.
