Transamerica - Run around and denial

I submitted application for a hardship loan Thursday August 16th 2018 since we are still having repair issues a year after hurricane Harvey. I have since spoken to THREE agents at Transamerica who assured me all my documents were in order and today 8/24 I get a denial email?!?!

Transamerica - Won't let go of funds.

I have been trying to transfer my 401K account into a fixed annuity with Allianz as i recently retired and want to protect my money. Its been over a month and they tell me piece meal i am missing this or missing that. They don't even ca to tell me. I have to keep calling them to find out the status. Transamerica is great at taking your money but they try like *** to not give it back. Horrible.
