My husband had a life policy through a company acquired by TA. After his death it took me 3 weeks to get a claim form because they kept telling me there was no active policy.

It’s now been 6 weeks since I filed the claim and they keep telling me it’s in process. They are doing everything possible to not pay this claim.

I'm sure they are they suck on paying claims but they love to send letters for premium. Your are beating a dead horse they don't care sorry you are going threw this at such a delicate time.i am Mta employee I've have been sick and put claims constantly threw them they are slow to process and to send checks very sad.
